Abstract Background


At Sierra Wireless, PM61 deployed Salesforce to manage all the electronic component manufacturing processes and delivery. The CRM was used to meet all the product requirements, delivery requirements, customer specifics, timeline control, and inventory. All product details and client requests had to be orderly and prepared with individual specifications to provide their customers with the correct product at the right time. Salesforce was used to manage the supply chain, requiring business analysis, project management development, and customization, including vendor management with Accenture.
