Abstract Background


PM61 lead a deployment of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Social Cloud, Journey Builder, and Community Cloud. A business analysis was done to analyze the business requirements and enhance sales thus providing better customer service to their customers. From the BA requirements, PM61 was able to provide an SF solution that was implemented in the sales environment including the call centre. The training deployment and launch of the SF marketing cloud into their system provided a better option for their customers who wanted to book tickets. There was an immediate improvement in sales and the ability to upsell.
