Coast Mountain Bus Company

PM61 was hired by CMBC as an outside SharePoint PM to work with the vendor selected by the RFP process to deploy a SharePoint Employee Portal.  

This project was launched on time and on budget. PM61 overcame several problems during the project including hardware problems, installations issues, Share Point governance, and business requirement document issues.
