FAMILY INSURANCE 

PM61 created a new .NET system POS and insurance claims management system. This required extracting data and rules from an existing heavily outdated system and creating a totally new one.   

 To do this, PM61 needed to do a needs analysis and enterprise architecture. PM61 then did a 2-year .NET build to manage the POS, agent management, and claims management, all on the MS .NET platform.
