Vancity had 3 different CRM systems. PM61 implemented new architecture, merger, migration, and go-live. Two of the CRMs were older versions of on-premise dynamic, and one was a non-dynamic custom CRM with older data, so PM61 migrated all the data to an “on-cloud solution”.  

This was not just a migration of 3 systems together, but also a move from “on-prem” to the cloud. PM61 also supplied Project Management and Architecture, change management, and go-live support for over 2,000 users.
