PM61 has Billed and deployed financial systems based on Dynamic 365, including expense management, HSCE solutions and change management, budgeting, and forecasting reporting, and data management, based on Dynamics AX. AX was used for the financial aspect and Dynamics CRM was for managing community relationships. This allowed different communities to log comments/complaints and they could use this system to manage safety or any other community issues. These issues/requests were logged in and the responsible Teck person would attend to them.

 

PM61 also did a drone compliance project to ensure that all the drone flights were properly managed and logged, that the device was maintained in accordance, and that all operations complied with national flying and safety requirements.

The pilot's certifications and logged hours were also managed in accordance with the requirements of the safety board.

PM61 was also responsible for security enhancement projects, and security assessments ensuring that the MS and Azure environments were well-guarded against hacking and other malware.

Furthermore, PM61 was responsible for the migration from TFS (team foundation server) to DevOps, to ensure that there was better internal management provision.
